I stepped out of my back door this morning and realized that October, for many of us, is the last bastion of summer warmth. There was a chill in the air this morning, yet I felt hopeful that a few more days of balmy heat may be lingering before the icy breath of winter comes blowing at our backs. Then, I thought, what’s so bad about winter? The shorter days, the early darkness, the cold, all make for dreariness. But what about curling up with someone you love on a cold winter night? Lighting a fireplace and sitting romantically together watching the fire, hearing it crackle, feeling the warmth? Walking through a park together and seeing the vibrant Autumn colors? Playing in the snow?
Before it gets too cold, it’s time to look for love.
